Call + Response

Call + Response is a program that pairs up an African-American/Black Obama administration appointee with an African-American student graduating college in 2020 for a virtual 30-minute lightning mentoring session.

Are you an African-American college senior graduating with an associate’s or bachelor’s in Spring/Summer 2020 in political science, government affairs, international relations or the like? Need some professional or personal advice as you navigate graduating, job searching and figuring out the next phase of your life during a global pandemic? Well, over 100 Black professionals who worked in the Obama administration want to talk to you! Our mentors have worked across government including the National Security Council, the White House, Capitol Hill, Departments of Treasury, Justice, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, and in local politics.
